I booked the property early morning and paid the money online. I went to the hotel following the location provided on the OYO app, but later found out that the location is not correct. I called the person, he navigated me to reach hotel. This took me more than half an hour just to reach the hotel. When i reached the hotel, the hotel was completely different from what shown on the app. I checked the room and room also was very different so i refused to check-in. Hotel manager told me to cancel the booking, i asked him to cancel but he refused. so I called the customer support team immediately, one lady named Ananya Biswas was on the other side. i told her everything. she was not helpful at all.spoke to her for more 33 minutes.
then i canceled the booking. later i contacted the CS team, told them everything but still they are not refunding my money and giving me excuse that as per policy can not be initiated. I told them to listen to the call recording where i clearly asked them to cancel the booking, but these people are totally not doing anything. they want me to forget my money though there is no fault of mine.
I have been in contact with them from last 5 days, but they are not providing any clarification.. i suffered that day a lot to search for this hotel as the location was not correct and then i had to make call and all early morning and had to explain everything. i asked if they could relocate me to some other hotel and she did not help me.
