[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Property/hotel manager denied check in without giving any reason | |||
Booked a property /hotel (smriti star bhopal) via oyo rooms app, when I arrived at the hotel, hotel manager asked me for what purpose I have to stay, I briefed him. After that he started asking me to produce documents to prove that I came here for the same reason as I mentioned to him.This was disgusting. Very soon they started talking rudly, it was embarrassing, derogatory. Was this information helpful? | |||
