My booking no:rakt2140. I had delivered very pathetic service from oyo homes. The home which mentioned here is situated in a high range remote location. At the time of check in, no one is there at the reception. After 15 minutus a guy came, and he started to ask all the details, but he is acting like he don't nothing about our booking and all. Then he took us to underground place and shown a room to us, it was near to their dirty personal kitech. They just had asked if we were okay with room or not. We checked the room, it was different one disaplayed in oyo app.
The problem with the provided room are as follows:
1) no proper lock for the room.
2) no lock for windows
3) dirty pillows, we didn't used that.
4) bath towel didn't provided
5) at last they've just given oyo soap after a several request.
6) most the electricity was shutdown.
I have a request to oyo, at least please try to keep a minimum service quality, never gave this type of terrible stays to customers.
