[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Received not received even after 2 weeks and poor customer support

Hi,
I'm Akshay Kumaar M. I recently booked my stay at Elite Stays JP Nagar on OYO (Booking ID: IJKE1982) and canceled the booking on May 21 (2 days prior to my check-in date). I had contacted customer support for the refund and the support agent said he has raised a ticket regarding this (Ticket ID: [protected]) and that the amount would be refunded in 7-14 days. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the refund amount. I even contacted my bank to check if any transaction from OYO regarding the refund was made to my account and the answer was no. I contacted the customer helpline thrice this morning and they're putting me on hold after listening to my issue and then disconnecting the call. This is highly unprofessional and I don't know how anyone can run a business this bad. I'd like the refund as soon as possible, or else I will be escalating this issue further. I have attached the screenshots of my booking, cancellation, and ticket email with this complaint.
