I am the property owner in pune and has been working with oyo since long, But the mental harassment we go through cannot be mentioned in words. The oyo team just keep on playing blame game and keep on pointing the finger to some other person, they are least bothered about the emails you write to them. Miscommunication from the team leads to bad reviews from the guest and indirectly degrade your property value. Oyo just forces the guest to make advance payment for which they offer heavy discounts and guests fall prey to it, but the guest is not aware that the payment does not reach the hotel account and they may not get any room in the hotel. Oyo just keeps on debiting non-relevant amounts to the hotel and at the end when hotel is expecting the payment on the terms decided, he is, in turn, asked for an amount saying that there is a recovery amount. If you are planning to list your property with oyo, please be careful. If you are going to book rooms through oyo, please do not make any advance payment even if any amount of discount is offered Was this information helpful? | |
