Oyo Rooms — Refund against void booking due to property shifting by oyo.. I cancel my booking till now I didn't get my refund

I book oyo for 4oct to 7oct and I get a notification that i get shifted my property due to which i cancelld my void booking but still. I cant get my refund of 1982
