[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund amount due to cancelled booking

I have booked a room at srikalahasthi on[protected]. Hotel name oyo 26862 sri shiv sakthi booking id ozum 4619
Later oyo official called me from [protected] this number and informed that the hotel room is not available and there is no nearby hotel. Then i said please cancel the booking and refund the amount. He said sure sir and cancelled my ticket but i didn't received the refund amount. Here there is no mistake done by me and i wanted to ask only one question that if the room is not available then why did you shown in online for booking.
