[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund amount not credited

I have made an booking through Oyo mobile app on 24th Nov 2022 with Booking ID - JJWX0316 for which i paid Rs.649/-. After check in - denied issue i lodged a complaint and i was assured that amount 649/- has been initiated for a refund with a confirmation mail. Till today, after 14 working days, no refund has been credited to my account.

I have been trying to reach oyo service team for the same issue, either customer support team is taking more than 1 hour to connect or cut off the call.

Customer care contacted me within 24 hours of complaint and initiated the refund manually. Got the money today.
