I had booked OYO rooms through call and paid with the provided link from phon pay but hotel people dint allow us to check in because they wanted RTPCR test. And while booking OYO rooms before paying the OYO executive dint tell us regarding that RTPC test is compulsory and we have not received any sort of this test report requirements while booking. If need proof please check the recording of this call while booking. I have told regarding this issue multiple times to OYO customer executive that we have not been informed regarding RTPCR test compulsory requirements while booking but still they are simply lying that they did inform but really not they not even told in call or in message about this. Please request you to refund the amount back as soon as possible for the booking LQ367714.
