Booking No: MDJK4518 OYO support stated that the refund was successfully completed on August 5th and that the amount would be credited to the source account within 14 days. A month and half has passed and the amount has not yet been credited despite multiple complaints and e-mails. I have attached the screenshots regarding the transaction. I asked OYO Support for the UTR number / Reference Number to which they didn't respond. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service.
