[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund amount on the cancellation of booking not received | |||
I made a booking with oyo in natraj inn lucknow (Booking id: sdrz5340) for three nights (11th -14th july) and cancelled it on 8th july as it was promised to get full refund untill 10th july. I was told that refund amount of inr 2797 has been initiated and the same will be credited back into the account used at the time of booking within 7-14 working days. It has been more than a month now and still i did not get my refund. I called oyo many times but didn't get any satisfactory answer from them when i insist to know the exact time for my refund to be credited into my account my call has been put on hold and after a long waiting it has been disconnected. Only i can understand and tell that there's no one at oyo who is ready to help. Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from oyo customer service representative and also received an email stating the details on refund amount and I was provided a transaction no to check with the bank.
I checked with the Bank and came to know that the amount is being credited to my account.
