I had made a booking via Oyo mobile application and then due to change of plans cancelled the booking by calling customer care executive.
The cancelled status is being reflected on my OYO mobile application but the refund amount shown is Rs 0 and no amount is received in my bank account too.
The booking was made under free cancellation policy so full amount should be refund.
I have been trying to reach customer care but no one is picking up call for resolving the complaint. Interesting to note that if I select new booking option in IVR, there is someone to receive my call but not to resolve my complaint.
