His is regarding booking ID PI8L1225 done on Wednesday, 6th July 2022 which was fully paid for. It is to be noted that the date for which the booking was done was from 9th to 11th of July, 2022. Accordingly, I made calls from my registered number to the hotel regarding the status of the same. On the 6th of July, the hotel staff informed me that the booking status is not visible to them as of now and therefore, I called them once again on the 8th of July, 2022 when they all together refused to honour my booking stating that they had no rooms available for the said dates. I am sure those calls are recorded and you may look at the same for reference.
I faced losses as my trip was dependent on my lodging.
Thus, I had no option but to cancel the booking. It has been five days yet the money has not been refunded back to me.
For resolution, Oyo rooms at the very least must refund the money at the earliest and issue an apology while providing the next booking free.
