[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — refund and worst customer service

Address:No-26,E5 Giri Apartments,arcot Road,Virugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600092

I had booked for a room through Oyo and the hotel denied check in coz of water issue. And I was promised a refund but on contacting Oyo many times still I didn't get my refund back. Everytime they send the same mail stating that it s initiated and it LL be refunded within 7-14 days. And my booking id is EPVH9834. And in the app it doesn't show any refund status.
