[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund booking id xtic4827 | |||||
Hi I booked 2 rooms on 9th aug under booking id xtic4827 for 5 people. By mistake i selected the check-in date as 12th aug instead of 13th aug, and went ahead with the payment of rs.4798/- I found out the mistake in less than 10 minutes and cancelled the booking, after which i got a message that i will not be getting any refund and the booking is cancelled. I called up the customer care number and the person said that nothing can be done. On their website cancellation policy it clearly says that it can be refunded when cancelled within 10 minutes. I have the proof in my email in which booking was done at 10:48pm and i cancelled at 10:58pm. Now they are refusing to help even when i am ready to just change the date and go ahead with the same booking. They say that if i have to change the date of check-in then i have to make another payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
