Due to some personal tragedy with my relative i am not able to check in at Hotel Mrunal partnered with OYO Rooms at Aurangabad. As a customer service point of view kindly provide approval for reversal of amount booked through goibibo. Booking ID-HTL6VB9SBG, Name-Jaydeep Mohta. I contactes Goibibo team for refund they asked me if Oyo provide approval for the same they will ittitate the refund. I request you to kindly accord your approval so to make your customer happy and forever customer
