Your company customer service is pathetic they clearly say no for the help.
I have cancelled the booking due to some problems and made the booking with another property of oyo. Upon asking for refund ur team is literally talking about policy policy and policy and giving the refund of 30% for what i paid. I understand about the policy but this is the first time iam facing a problem and asking for support and help for the first time. I am customer of oyo since years and regular customer i book twice or thrice in a month and never complained about anything.
