I had booked a room with OYO on 6th of Feb. 2022 for the date of 1/03/2022 to 10/03/2022 under the booking ID: P1W46896 and it was cancelled on 28th of Feb 2022. OYO said that the full amount of INR 7134/- will be credited back to my account within 7-14 working days, I waited for 14 days, on the oyo website it was showing that money has been processed successfully including bank reference number and all that and they asked me to contact my bank, I went to my bank and they told me that no money has been received. After giving my bank statement to oyo they said that they will look into the matter and will initiate my refund again but they haven't done anything since yet! They are not receiving my calls, their agents don't even know how to talk to a customer! My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do! The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything!! Now they even stopped picking up the calls, is this how you treat your customers oyo? Was this information helpful? |
