I had made booking with OYO Rooms and selected OYO 60824 ( screen shot) On[protected] at 22.20 P.M I had call on oyo customer nos for booking [protected] and they had told me that if advance payment is made booking will be made and I had made payment immediately ( screen shot attached). I had received confirmation message from OYO ( screen shot attached). Hence Booking was made and confirmed by OYO Check in 17-03-22 and Check out 19-03-22
On[protected] we entered in hotel but we were in position of traumatism, shock, startle & surprise as hotel manager told us that OYO is making Fraud by taking money from customers in name of there hotel and we have no tie up with OYO and he refused to give any rooms, Further he has told that Court case is going on with OYO
I had called immediately to oyo but only new booking call is connected and for existing booking call is never connected.
Since I have booked three rooms for entire family and on next day it is Holi Festival. But in this situation My entire family has come on Road and after three hours we were able to get the hotel at triple price, Children's and entire family was Fatigue.
Why OYO Has taken money from me and why they had tagged on there web site.
Please lodge the complaint for my refund, Mental Harassments and triple charges in had to pay
