I had made a booking in Oyo App with booking ID VUDW2026. I made the booking for 2 rooms with 4 guests at 8:36 PM for one night. If the last time for check in was 7:00 PM, why was the booking done. Does OYO want to earn money through such unethical and disgusting shameful ways. Me and my family were on the roads from 10 PM to midnight. I want refund as well as compensation for the mental Harassment that me and my family went through

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    I had booked Townhouse OAK Hotel Hillview, Aurangabad for check in on 11/03/2022 to 12/03/2022 a week prior to my guest's arrival. However, it was found that the said hotel does not even exist in Aurangabad and my guests had to physically search for hotels to stay at the last moment. As your details mentioned one hotel named JP international, my guests contacted the said hotel and were informed that they had rejected the booking immediately after the booking was made through the app. However, even after booking the hotel a week prior, my guests or I was not at all intimated about non availability or non existence of the said hotel. To make it worse, your customer care support is constantly out of reach and your in-app chat help is also of no use. The calls to the customer care were are getting disconnected all the time, hence I could not even get hold of your tech support assistant to assist me in finding a solution to the said problems. I fail to understand why do you even have a customer care when at the time of need, you miserably fail to provide assistance. At evening, my guests have received your email that the said booking is again shifted to Spot On 64570 Hotel Deepali Lodging which is of no use at all as my guests have already checked in some other hotel. It has left us wondering as to what's the use of booking the hotel a week prior if this is what we are getting in the end? Please note that my guests had to physically search for hotels and have not checked into to the hotel booked by me. This is the worst experience that I and my guests had to face, and hence I want a complete refund of my booking amount of Rs.1318/- immediately irrespective of what your policies state about the same, as well as compensation for the unnecessary hassles and hardships that my guests had to face at the last moment. Kindly look into this matter urgently and revert back to me on my email or at my contact number i.e.[protected]. I request you to abstain from contacting my guests again and cause more trouble for them. If you fail to look into this matter urgently, I will be compelled to make a complaint to higher authority for which you will be responsible solely. Please take note of this.

      I had made booking with OYO Rooms and selected OYO 60824 ( screen shot) On[protected] at 22.20 P.M I had call on oyo customer nos for booking [protected] and they had told me that if advance payment is made booking will be made and I had made payment immediately ( screen shot attached). I had received confirmation message from OYO ( screen shot attached). Hence Booking was made and confirmed by OYO Check in 17-03-22 and Check out 19-03-22

      On[protected] we entered in hotel but we were in position of traumatism, shock, startle & surprise as hotel manager told us that OYO is making Fraud by taking money from customers in name of there hotel and we have no tie up with OYO and he refused to give any rooms, Further he has told that Court case is going on with OYO
      I had called immediately to oyo but only new booking call is connected and for existing booking call is never connected.

      Since I have booked three rooms for entire family and on next day it is Holi Festival. But in this situation My entire family has come on Road and after three hours we were able to get the hotel at triple price, Children's and entire family was Fatigue.

      Why OYO Has taken money from me and why they had tagged on there web site.

      Please lodge the complaint for my refund, Mental Harassments and triple charges in had to pay

        My booking is not showing up even after making a payment via UPI, there is no trace of any booking on the OYO website, i had to book again and pay to confirm the booking. There is no proper support mechanisms in their BOT based chat support, call center support options are completely useless.

            I had booked a room with OYO on 6th of Feb. 2022 for the date of 1/03/2022 to 10/03/2022 under the booking ID: P1W46896 and it was cancelled on 28th of Feb 2022. OYO said that the full amount of INR 7134/- will be credited back to my account within 7-14 working days, I waited for 14 days, on the oyo website it was showing that money has been processed successfully including bank reference number and all that and they asked me to contact my bank, I went to my bank and they told me that no money has been received. After giving my bank statement to oyo they said that they will look into the matter and will initiate my refund again but they haven't done anything since yet! They are not receiving my calls, their agents don't even know how to talk to a customer! My refund payment is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do! The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything!! Now they even stopped picking up the calls, is this how you treat your customers oyo? I want oyo to contact me through phone call and clear me everything!

              I booked a room for 2 days that charges 1415 and then when I come to hotel they said that cancel ur booking and pay here by cash we will provide you room and your cancelled booking will be refunded but when I checked it I have seen that my whole amount got deducted for cancellation charges

                I have done the payment and amount was dedcuted from my account, but I have not received the payment confirmation. Please help. I am traveling tomorrow and this is very exhausting. After calling customer care several times all I hear is an IVR.

                  I booked a room for 18th and 19th March. I paid using gpay. The amount was deducted but no payment confirmation. Please help and let me know what's the status. My booking is a day away. I called OYO helpline but only the IVR is playing. No customer executive is there. I also used the App to chat with the executive regarding this, but no one is responding,

                    I had done booking for 18th and 19th March for OYO 10213. The amount was deducted but I didn't receive the payment confirmation. I have been calling customer care, but only the recording is playing and I am unable to reach out to customer care executive. Please help and confirm if the payment is received. I have dropped several mails, but no response. Expecting to hear from you soon as my booking is just a day away.

                            There is a guy name PRINCE VERMA from Oyo chat customer care who was misbehaving with me over the chat regarding my refund concern, he was continuously saying me SAME TO YOU over the chat so I need you to take strong action against him because I AM THE VALUABLE CUSTOMER OF OYO FOR LAST MANY YEARS AND ALMOST SPEND LOT OF MONEY ON OYO EVERY MONTH WITH MY DIFFERENT Id's, so please take action against PRINCE VERMA. I have already file a consumer complaint and now will spread these screenshots on social sites that OYO customer care people abuse there customers. I am attaching the proofs for your reference.

                            HENCE, As a CEO of OYO, I need Mr Ritesh(CEO of OYO) to take the responsibility of this and take strong action against that PRINCE VERMA of your Customer care Chat deptt and fire him.

                              I booked oyo property. Booking Id: L49H2152.
                              The moment I reached the hotel, it looked like a den o[censored]nlawful activity. I was travelling with my family. The room was dirty and the sheets looked like that someone just slept on it. So we decided to check out next day. Called customer service and they said that they will process my refund for 3 days. 1 day for me staying in that hell hole and another as per company policy. I agreed to it. Now, the hotel dint record my checkout. I called everyday. And the last agent asked me to call after 11th, because that was the day of my earlier checkout. I called. No answer. My calls are being disconnected by oyo agent. The hotel has not recorded mu checkout and my money is gone. Is Oyo here to run some prostitution racket ? From when did oyo started providing license to such cheapsters? And such poor customer service.
                              If i dont receive my refund within 3 days, I am gonna drag everyone to court and also to contact the police to check that hotel out.

                                I booked a room at OYO 84831 Hotel Royal Inn And Restaurant on 10 March with Booking ID: QILG9178. On calling, the Property owner denied me entry citing local ID. However, the property guest policy on the app vividly says that 'Guests other than Srinagar city with valid proofs are welcome'. Since I am not from Srinagar and I am from Baramulla and I deserve to be respected and given an entry.

                                I canceled the booking and sought a refund for the same. However, the OYO executive denied me the same. I am raising this grievance in your office to make OYO company accountable how can they do this and cause irritation to people like me. OYO company not only violated Public Service Gurantee Act but also the Citizen Charter.

                                  On 3rd March I paid Rs 877 for partial booking of a hotel I got WhatsApp message of the confirmation of booking. But the booking is not appearing on the App. I can't cancel the booking now. I even tried calling customer care repeatedly. They are not at all helping.

                                    Hello,
                                    I have booked hotel at OYO 11400 THE DOWN TOWN SUITES, HYDERABAD Booking ID V1060537 on 10th Feb 2022. Full payment of 6189/- was done via PAYTM wallet on that day itself. As per conversation with the oyo hotel over phone AC and geyser was under maintenance so he told me to cancel the booking and will initiate the refund, so I cancelled the booking within 30min on same day 10th Feb 2022. I was told that refund will be paid to my account back. It's been almost a month now trying to reach customer care. There's no wallet transaction ID provided or the order ID. The Oyo app is showing refund successful but it's been almost a month the money still not reflected in my account or paytm wallet. My request ID is 20220210111212801300168647094288386 and oyo assistant told me contact the payment source and when contacted paytm customer care they asked me my transaction and order ID which was not provided to me while booking. I have tried various methods to reach customer care number, there is no IVR option to talk to customer care hence I tired with booing option however as soon as I say refund they disconnect the call, I don't have any other option to claim the amount. Worst part is we are not able to contact anyone for this problem this is really bad service to customer.
                                    Please kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      Address: Oyo Townhouse, D-88, 100 Feet Rd, Phase 2, Chattarpur, New Delhi

                                      I had tried to make a booking at an OYO on February 13th through the OYO website. The following are the necessary details:

                                      Booking dates: 13th Feb till 16th Feb
                                      Mode of payment: GooglePay
                                      UPI Transaction ID:[protected]
                                      Google Transaction ID: CICAgOD5Iu-VBQ
                                      Payment made to: OYO Rooms

                                      While the payment was successful, the same did not reflect on the OYO website from where I made the booking and was directed to GPay for the payment. After successfully completing my payment when I went back to the website, the pop up showed I finally made the payment in cash at the above-mentioned OYO. Since the payment was successful from GPay's end, the problem seemed to lie on OYO's end. The customer services of OYO suggested that i file for a chargeback/ refund request from my bank - Kotak Mahindra. Upon filing for the same, my bank informed me that the money was successfully transferred to OYO on 13th Feb and thus rejected my request. I now have official confirmation by the bank that OYO received my money but they still won't refund the amount to me.
