On 15th july i booked an oyo room for the dates 19th-20th july and made a payment of 1319r.s which i made through my ola wallet, the amount was debited and room booked but due to some unfortunate event i had to cancel the booking and i cancelled it on 19th july before 9 AM which according to OYO is the maximum alloted refund period incase of cancellation, and i was told my money will be refunded back to me, upon checking the app i was showed my refund was a failure, i made multiple tickets regarding this glitch but no response was availed from oyo's part.

So please look into the matter and kindly revert the money back as soon as possible ( 1319 r.s.)
