PLEASE FIND THE MAILS RECEIVED FROM OYO ROOMS ... thereafter on 27 July I send them reminder and also spoke to their customer care number thrice but they are NOT HELPFUL only INTERESTED in NEW booking but NO one gave any information for REFUND... and one person told its STILL NOT EVEN INITIATED

The company is REALLY FOOLING AROUND AND TAKING CUSTMERS FOR GRANTED

    Booking I'd: XF0T0002
    I was having my booking from 6th June to 8th June in 'Collection O 81451 capital casa' but at the time of check in they denied the check in and mentioned they will not accept any bookings from OYO, then I contacted Oyo support and they mentioned that book that hotel by providing the cash they are asking for and after checkout share the bill and your total bill along with the Oyo booked amount will be refunded.
    So, after that only the booked amount was refunded and the extra amount I paid in the hotel is not refunded yet.
    Oyo support team had mentioned that the amount will be refunded in 14 workings days but it's about a month now and I have not received the money yet.

    Also attaching the bill and the mail which Oyo support team has sent that your money refund has been initiated.

      I booked an oyo property(oyo10454 hotel riviera)my booking ID (GAK94669) on 26th july 2022.I booked through oyo app with which I was supposed to pay rs300 but at the time of check-in the receptionist asked us to pay 1200 and was denying check in at the amount shown on the app...it was 4am, we came from chennai with a patient and can’t just shift hotels at that time of the day I called oyo customer care but they did nothing to help me, ultimately I had to shell out rs1200...very poor coordination between the oyo and the hotel...it is an erratic experience altogether...plz do something about it...

        I booked from in Pondy through OYO. Before booking data I got call from hotel and they told there is no rooms available you have to cancel the room . I made the payment already when I went to call through app it’s showing no amount will be refunded if I cancel . But it’s not my issue I contacted OYO Custumer care also they told me to cancel through app and I will get my refund . From that day I’m calling Custumer care there is no proper response they keeping on hold for. 30-45 mins and disconnecting the call. I tried calling 10-15 times daily . No response from OYO. Worst company and service . Real fraud .

          I booked hotel in Varanasi from OYO app and paid whatever price was showing. When i arrived to hotel, Hotel first checked in on APP and then asked for more money. Then i contacted Oyo support, they said to me pay rest of the amount and we will refund after checkout .They asked me to collect original bill and forward them .I followed all the instructions .But after 1.5 months of follow up they stopped responding.

              Hi Cheaters,

              I believed that Oyo is a good start up company and very helpful for their customers

              But, to my shock, it's DISASTER.

              I have made a booking on Oyo - I have used Oyo Money and Coupon and pre payment discount - paid 223 rupees to you people.

              As the price is low none of your hotels accepted my entry - I have roamed to 3 to 4 hotels on that particular day.

              Worst customer support ever - I had to call today. I asked her about the status of my refund and she said that you do a new booking instead.
              Previous advisor instead of refunding 223rs/- he refunded only 123 rs/- He gave shiity reason for not refunding the amount.

              WHY DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN RUNNING THE BUSINESS - IS IT JUST TO MAKE FOOL O[censored]S

              For the fact now i'm not able to connect with customer care as i do not have any of the new booking or pending ticket

              I think i shouldn't be following up here as well

                I paid a sum of 2997 through Google pay which was deducted from my account but however the OYO app told that payment was unsuccessful
                Where as the money was already deducted on reaching the hotel they told me that no transaction or confirmation from OYO has come to them about the payment so I had to pay on their UPI scanner as well which made my budget double
                Please look this matter and refund the money to me and not to the hotel

                  On 15th july i booked an oyo room for the dates 19th-20th july and made a payment of 1319r.s which i made through my ola wallet, the amount was debited and room booked but due to some unfortunate event i had to cancel the booking and i cancelled it on 19th july before 9 AM which according to OYO is the maximum alloted refund period incase of cancellation, and i was told my money will be refunded back to me, upon checking the app i was showed...

                  I tried to contact customer care support but no response from their side, i paid for my booking and due to some reason I cancelled it it's showing in my app half refund is initiated but as per Oyo policy i am eligible for full refund and i still not getting the half refund was initiatiated by Oyo .

                    Still didn't receive any input from them.

                        Hi,
                        I made a prepaid booking from OYO app on 24th July and there on the app it was mentioned that local Id is accepted.
                        Upon reaching the hotel, they denied checking in with an Aadhaar Card as ID proof.
                        I had to cancel the booking and the amount RS 566 was already paid.
                        I have told this issue several times to customer care but they have failed to provide a proper solution.
                        I want the full refund of RS 566 to be processed as soon as possible and also an apology for the harassment I have faced.
                        Every time customer care redirects the call to a service desk number, where no 1 picks it up. More than 2 hours of my time has been wasted on this as well as the harassment I have faced in the hotel.

                        As of on 24 th july in Oyo APP "IT is mentioned that local ID is accepted in the hotel".

                          THERE SHOULD BE 2 REFUND FOR THIS
                          1 Ticket ID: [protected] for 400 inr because the hotel charged me more at time of check in I have email approval for this refund dated 8 July but the amount is not yet credited
                          2.Ticket ID: [protected] for 200 INR because I had opted for breakfast option and hotel denied that saying they have no clue of it. This amount I got refund of 14 days as confirmed

                          I tried numerous times to connect to ask about the 400INR REFUND OF [protected] but no luck after selecting option for refunds the I've gives 2 options one to go back to previous menu and press 2 to go back to main menu and this ticket number is also not visible on the app

                            This is regarding booking id LUW55615 . I paid an amount 2694 INR and booked the hotel room. I was on the way to the Banglore when I recieved a msg that due to unavailability the booking will be shifted to some other hotel or cancel to get a full refund. I didnt wanted to be accomodated in a auto booked hotel . So I clicked cancel to get a full refund. Now, its showing refund amount 0 . I trued reaching Oyo support throught email twitter facebook call chat . They are not reachable . If we get connected also, they are disconnecting after long time on call . Request you to find the detail screenshots and help resolve the issue.

                            How can a hotel room be unavailable when I have paid and booked . Also why is the customer service not responding. Its a fraud when u have talen money and not given service . Still not initiating refund

                              I made booking using Oyo booking I'd :- PD4E7985, and i cancelled it on same day because they are charging me more money so as per refund policy i am eligible for full refund but they initiated refund of 367 rupees and that amount also i didn't getting in my bank account i tried to contact customer care service but no response from their refund management, it's a very terrible experience i got from Oyo

                                ask for refund on 3rd july
                                not giving refund for more than 20 days and there is not a single way to contact them. There is not a real helpline number of oyo where someone can resolve issues.
                                I had paid ₹ 551for the booking through paytm wallet
                                And due to some issue with the hotel booking i cancelled the booking with respect to refund policy.
                                I need my refund of ₹ 551 as soon as possible.

                                One my mail its showing that it is initiated yet and amount of ₹ 551 will be refunded.

                                But on the app its showing that ₹155 money had been refunded ( which is oyo money ).

                                Kindly do the needful action as soon as possible and refund the amount of ₹ 551

                                  Its been eight days i still haven’t received my refund. Please work on this issue. Already one month has been passed. I am mailing, complaining on this portal, contacting customer support. Still no result.. Please process my refund ASAP.

                                    I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on with transaction amount of (). I cancelled the booking on the same date due to booked hotel was not exists on provided address and it has been more than working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 7 working days. I asked oyo multiple times that there is no refund received, kindly initiate the refund but the response from oyo is same. I am fed of calling oyo again and again without any worthy results.

                                    My booking id is Z1XM4404 date 11 to 12 June 2022 2 classic rooms in hotel hari palace jagannath puri. I am a Oyo member from more than 6 years but never disappointed like this in puri I misplaced two time in a row
