[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund for bangkok tour | |
Oyo booking number - pkg-shqm7103 Reference be made to my package id no stated in the subject. I was charged a visa fees of 2000 baht per person as it was informed to me that free visa deal has not yet been extended by thailand. But, the free visa offer got extended up till april 2019, and no visa fees was charged by the thailand government. The package itinerary set was very vague, for e. G. The first 02 days of the stay were at pattaya, then why the hell flight was not booked from delhi to pattaya, this would have saved both time, money and the pains of the travelers. When we arrived at bangkok airport on 11th march 2019, it took almost 04 hours for getting visa due to heavy rush.in the mid of the night when we exited from the gate of the airport, there was no vehicle arranged for our pick up. We tried calling up all numbers including emergency but no response from them (Screenshots attached). Anyhow, oyo customer care was reached where they bluntly said you need to book the cab to the hotel on your own. This was not expected as you are in different country, not knowing their system, my brother any how booked the cab to pattaya (Receipt enclosed). It costed him 1300 baht. Now, based on the above facts following are my complaints: I request oyo to refund my money charged for visa purposes i. E. 4000 baht (2000 baht per person). This was being promised to me by ms. Shikha from oyo customer care (Records can be checked). I also request oyo to refund my 1300 baht for taxi which was paid by us due to the lack of proper coordination and arrangement of oyo.
