Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked a room through customer service,[protected], and I got booked in the wrong hotel, very far (Mahasamund, Chattisgarh) from the place I was (Raipur Junction Station).
Now, As I had paid while on the call with the Oyo customer support. I have attached the photo for reference. My UPI transaction ID[protected]oyorooms.[protected]@hdfcbank) on Aug 4th 2021 at 17:51 Hours. Deducted fees for the booking amount is Rs 2837.
However, I had cancelled the booking as the person had booked the hotel very far from the place I had mentioned. I have not yet received the money from Oyo. It's been 2 weeks now, I would like to know my refund status for the same and would like to process it this week itself.
