Hi,
I had made a booking on 05-May 2022 for staying at Capital O 85404 Royal Splendid between May5 -May6 and made payment through Paytm wallet for Rs 679.
But I didn't get the booking accepted & booking ID didn't get generated but the amount had got debited. I re-booked for the same day through another payment mode and booking got confirmed.
To recover the amount made for first booking, I had contacted customer care and they provided me the booking ID ELPH2351 which had got generated.
I requested them to cancel the booking since I had made another booking which had been confirmed. But that booking had not been cancelled by them and its in No Show status.
Kindly requesting you to help me out in this regard & process the full refund amount. Was this information helpful? |
