I had booked a stay in oyo hotel in chennai for 11 days and the oyo app showed complimentary breakfast. When I reached the hotel, then they told there’s no complimentary breakfast. I immediately called the oyo customer care and then he talked to the property manager and then said as the commitment is not honoured, they’ll refund me 100 rs per day for my entire day and I need to contact the customer support after checkout. Today when I called customer support for refund then they’re denying the claim and saying it can’t be done despite their earlier assurance that it will be.
