Date: 28/04/2022, My OYO room booking confirmation for three days Check in 30/04/2022 and Check out date is 03/05/2022 and booking number: 81715, for Vesta Villa hotel, address: CC-108, MIG-1, Street No: 229, Action Area 1C, New Town, Kolkata, reception phone no:[protected], I received.
My Booking amount was 1465/- for three days.
But at the time of Check-in, hotel owner told me I will have to pay INR 2997/- for three days, Next I spoke with OYO Room representative, they told me to do the check-in and at the time of check-out they will refund my extra amount I paid will refund at my account.
Accordingly at the time of Check-out I called the OYO representative and I mail to OYO email address scan copy of invoice and my Account no and IFSC details, OYO representative told me to submit.
Sir, its about two months still I did not get my extra amount and they did not reply my mail and also they did not pick up the call.
