Oyo Rooms — Refund for extra charges paid due to low tariff issue at hotels

I booked room at flagship 78442 Laxmi chauk pune, via Oyo app and paid 480 rs. But when I reached at hotel they demanded extra money 720 rs for low tarrif issue. I called Oyo customer care regarding that, they told me that we will refund your extra paid amount after check out. I also raised dispute after checkout, and completed refund request. But untill that i have not received any refund. Also they closed my ticket. Customer care also not supporting me that, every time I called them they take 15 to 16 min saying we are checking your details and cut the call without any reply.
