Oyo Rooms — Refund for meal issues

I booked a oyo townhouse 196 de alphabet which is located in hyderabad mandipur, while i made the booking oyo charged me for lunch for 4 days and when i reached the hotel the receptionst denied for lunch and asked me to call the customer service department of oyo for a refund, i raised a ticket for the same and the customer service representative informed that i will be getting the refund within 10 days, its been more then 10 days i haven't received any refund, i am trying to call their customer service but every representative is busy transferring my call to their service desk which ends up disconnecting my call and leaving me with no other option rather then calling them again, and again the next representative does the same...
