I have booked a oyo in Kolkata for 1st -3rd july. Booking id - EHL66935. Amount - 2420. The booking got cancelled due to hotel issue. Now It's already been 7 days.. Neither they provided me my refund. Nor they are accepting call in their so called helpline.. Oyo did not provide me refund reference number. So I can't contact my bank.
