[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund for my booking(17th august-18th august | |||
I booked a Room Through OYO Rooms mobile App on 17-Aug-19.My booking id : WMHG6970 and paid full amount of ₹1400 and received confirmation message also.But, When I reached the hotel they denied my check in and said that they didn’t have any collaboration with OYO.Then, i contacted customer care at that time they promised me to provide my entire amount as that was their mistake. But now they Conveyed that half of the amount will be given.Then I tried to enquire about this problem with OYO customer service but they are not taking any responsibility and instead of providing correct solution they are blaming me that I have not showed up at the hotel.So, please take this as my complaint against OYO Rooms and help me to get my 100% refund.please find my booking details below.
