The entire payment for the booking was done in advance. As soon as I was allotted a room, I found out it was in a filthy state, even the bed sheets were in a pathetic state with lot of marks, so I asked the hotel staff to change my room. But they didn’t have any other room available with them so I had to cancel my booking without checking in the hotel as directed by the hotel staff.
Kindly refund my entire booking amount because in the above stated case, the hotel management is at fault, not me. So I should not bear the expenses for the same. I even asked the hotel to provide a clean room or change the linen but I was denied for the same. I was deliberately asked by the hotel staff to cancel the booking as they were not able to resolve my issue. So I request you to kindly refund my amount at the earliest.
