Hi,
I have stayed at the Oyo Townhouse 024 Sector 47 Gurgaon from 26-June-2022 to 28-June-2022. I booked the room through Oyo app after applying the coupons and paid 1033/- for 2 days in advance. When I reached at the hotel, they refused to give me check-in as the price was low according to them. So I called the oyo customer care and they told me to pay the additional amount of 965/- (as per the hotel) to the hotel and the same amount will be refunded after I will check-out. So I paid the additional amount demanded by hotel and checked-in. When I checked-out after 2 days of stay, hotel refused me to give the proper bill and gave me a non-gst bill on paper. When I contacted again on oyo for the refund they rejected my request as the bill was not proper.
Now when I am calling the hotel, they are still refusing to give me the proper bill for my payment.
I have contacted oyo customer care multiple times and they are saying “we are not concerned if hotel is not providing you bill”.
I am stuck in between, neither hotel nor Oyo is helping for the refund of my payment.

I also paid extra amount of 2141/- for Booking ID : QQDV2092.
I did talk to the customer service at OYO and they said they are looking into the matter and will initiate refund soon. But its been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t received my money.
