I have booked a hotel in chennai for 8th-9th January. For some reason I have cancelled booking on 7th January at 12:10 (as said by customer care). When asked on 7th Jan, they said that refund will be coming in 7 days. But today on 13th when I called they are saying your late by 10 mins to cancel the booking. If you have cancelled the booking before 12'o clock, you would have got the full refund. So am late by 10 mins and no refund will come. Is this type of company rules you make. late by 10 mins your looting 1000's of money. For a middle class fellow like me 1000 Rs is a lot... and your creepy company is earning 1000 just like that... So proud of you OYO. One more, If i booked a hotel without paying than there is no cancellation of money isn't it. What kind of rule you have made .. just see yourself in the mirror. You can cut 10 to 20% of money but not the whole amount. Taking whole amount from a middle class customer is just not fair. If you have any feeling for poor and needy people in our country, than I hope u will refund my amount, if not ...
