Oyo Rooms — refund haven't credited in the account

As i submited the complaint regarding my refund of Payment of 3658 rupees already and on 30th of june i had a call from oyo they said that your complaint is been solved and refunded amount initiated to you and it will be in your account from 7 to 14 days but there is no amount was credited to my account in the last 16 days now . So, kindly resolve it.
