Oyo Rooms — Refund is not credited in my Bank Account

I have made booking through OYO, Booking ID: BEKL1803.
I have cancelled the booking they told me that i will get refund in 7-14 days.
after mailing them more than 50 times. They made me trapped in their process. And on 18 April approx. 1 month they mailed me and asked my bank account details. I gave them my details.
and they refunded the amount in my oyo wallet instead of my bank account.
felt cheated as my money is still with them only

It is in my OYO Rupee, I want my money in my bank account. Your team has asked me for my bank details. Then why it is in my OYO money.
