[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund is not processed even after a month booking id ngdq5419 | |||
On 7th July 2019 I had booked hotel on OYO with Booking ID NGDQ5419 which was cancelled by property owner and OYO customer care was contacted with this regards and they promised refund within 7-14 working days. Till now they have mentioned 3 times that refund is re initiated but its been a torture to contact customer care. Emails have reply with same lines without even reading the email which asks you to wait for 7 to 14 days. Today I have been on call from last 40 mins, 35 mins on hold in that for this issue but no proper response. The person who has put on hold has decided to not to pic the call it seems. Now he has disconnected the call. Need your help with refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
