I have done the booking for 20 june but due to some reasons i had to cancel it
But the refund amount is not yet credited to my bank account i am trying to call oyo service department but there is no response from their side they are not picking up the call putting my call on hold for 15-20 minutes but no conversation is happened after waiting for that much time please resolve this issue as soon as possible

Their customer care team forwarding my call to service department but no conversation is happened putting my call on call for half hour no response from their side please resolve this asap
