[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund is showing successful but not received

I had cancelled one of my booking and asked for refund . The app showed that. Refund has been successfully transferred but I haven't received any money . I have called the customer care executives and talked to them for hours but no one is helping me . Please look into the matter .

Booking I'd - PKAC1156.

The refund amount is 1048 rupees.and my booking has been done from this phone no -[protected]
