Hi I have booked a room and it got confirmed. At the time of check-in the receptionist didn’t allowed us to stay and asked us to leave from the hotel. We have conveyed the same with OYO customer care and they said they are going to initiate the refund. It’s been a month but the status is showing as failed. Booking ID:- K1FB3039. Unable to contact the service desk and OYO is looting money from people. The costumer care people are simply disconnecting the call.
