[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund issue and poor customer service

The issue that I have experienced was: One of customer care person Mayank Saxsena called me and informed me for the refund of rs 609 against booking.i want to know the refund status but still i am not getting any further response from customer service end, these customer service guys are really disgusting, very poor service they are providing to their customers.
