I had a trip planned which could have been really memorable but thanks to oyo and their pathetic service the trip got completely wasted.
Starting with the beginning, i had booked a 3x room in oyo 30717 hotel shiv shristi palace deluxe (Bjyf7259) for 19th april 2019 located in deoghar, jharkhand. Upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist raised a concern that how did i get the booking as they were running short of the rooms. Then i was given a room which had two doors (Bathroom and balcony) completely broken. I mentioned to them that the condition of the room is not even adjustable for 1 night. The hotel staffs requested us to stay and manage for the night and promised that they will be providing a different room the very next day. I insisted that i can't stay in the room with the broken bathroom and balcony door. I called one of the oyo customer care executives and i briefed the whole story to deepesh. Then, i was shifted to oyo 18873 hotel comfort.

Upon reaching the second oyo 18873 hotel comfort, i was told that they don't have any 3x rooms available and only had 4x rooms available. I again called the oyo customer care which was barely reachable. Every customer care made me wait for 15-20 minutes and disconnecting the call. Anyways somehow i managed to connect with deepesh khandelwal and he told me to cancel this booking and go for a non-oyo property. It was around 10:15 pm. I could not move to another non-oyo property with my family at night. I requested him for the alternative to stay at the same hotel in the 4x room. With the prior permission, he had booked that 4x room for us with the new booking id. Although the booking was pre-paid, the receptionist asked me to pay completely by cash or else they won't be providing the room. The room cost as per the property was 3000 rs. I had paid 1539 rs. The receptionist mentioned to me that they have some pending money issues with oyo hence they were only accepting cash. I don't understand why i was getting dragged into their internal matter.

I briefed the whole story with deepesh. His manager had a talk with the owner property. Finally, deepesh told me to pay the property 3000 rupees. As per him, i had to send the invoice to mentioned mail and i will be getting the difference amount, i. E. 1461 rupees. I had mailed with the same ticket id 14709153 against the booking id bjyf7259. Since then till now, i have not received anything. I tried calling them several times but sometimes the call gets disconnected or is unreachable. I had sent 9 gentle reminder mail too. I had not got a single response. I don't know how i can reach to oyo.

I never expected this kind of miserable service from oyo. Recalling this incident, i am never going to recommend oyo to any of my friends. It's a humble request to refund my balance amount as promised earlier or else i am going to take some severe action against this.
