I had a booking at OYO Townhouse 100 Somani TC from 18th Nov to 21st November.
I had added a breakfast package to the stay and already prepaid for the same.
But upon reaching Hotel, they said they had no kitchen. So I contacted your customer service, and they said they will refund the breakfast amount after check out and the same was mentioned in the email sent by them.
Guess what, No Refund!

I keep calling customer care, they tell me they are checking put me on hold and finally phone gets cut.
Happened 10 times already.
I think strict action should be taken against so-called "FAILED STARTUPS".
