I booked a hotel room on 17th oct in rajahmundry and i have cancelled immediately as it upgraded to the next date at the time of confirmation. The costumer agent mentioned that i will get refund amount in 7-14 working days. But i didn’t get the amount till date. So again i have given call to customer care they are saying that i won’t get refund amount because of inventory loss. R u guys playing games with customers
