Oyo Rooms — Refund issue oyo

Hyy,
I booked a oyo hotel for Omprakash on 12-13 at jaipur with booking id v1xd0365
The same was cancelled by oyo staff due to check in deny
Oyo agent told me for full refund
But I got only 92 out of 461
I have called oyo care multiple times but they r unable to process my refund till
I have also raised the issue on mail but no reply I got ever
So it’s requested that my refund amount inr 369 to be refunded
