I was looking for a stay for 10th November 20the i started to finding it in OYO app then i found a deal in Annapurna Guest House (Oyo 71644) the deal was in Rupees 444 for 6 Hours Slot then I Booked it and Paid it through My credit Card after the booking the mail comes to me there was 121 was showing due I decided to pay it in the hotel through cash when I reached there for Check in they said 1221 rupees is due again i checked the 1221 rupees was showing due so I paid in cash the amount of 1221 then I called the OYO HELPLINE, after 10 or more many calls they registered my issue / Ticket and replied that they will Refund the Amount of 1100 Rupees I agreed for that too but the amount which I paid was 1221 they replied that the refund will be processed in 7-14 days but still it did not reflected in my bank account I tried to contact but the call is getting cut automatically maybe I am blocked by them after that I got a call from them on 28 November 11:20 am and she said wait a min i have to check the i started waiting on line she hold my call for 53 minutes 28 seconds then the call got disconnected automatically I have attached all the screenshots. please help to get my refund amount back.

The issue resolved after Posting the complaint on Consumer Complaint hence it is proved the company will give you refund after a long wait.
