[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund money for giving a # house

I have raised case to oyo. Case number- 1014814 10126067 Booking reference: qgtc5372 I dont think anyone is taking seriously this issue. I hope someone will take it further from here, if not then i am social media activist, and will reach you by proper channels. I know oyo is doing great work, but not always. Oct 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks Oyo. I had multiple call with Oyo customer manager and I am happy they listened what was the issue. They refunded 50% of money and gave assurance this will not be repeated again. If it happens, they always encourage to escalate to Oyo. This complaint can be closed now.
