I once cancelled a booking on 25th August 2022 with the reference Id HRGB5354 and not received my refund of rs 680 paid by debit card yet. Also call customer care almost 100 time but they put call on hold and call automaticlly cut with its own after 10-12 minutes give me my refund fast as possible
