I am dead tired of calling n mailing oyo
For my genuine refund.
I had made a booking for my client at Bombay, had made payment of full amount .Then upon checking in in the hotel, the hotel charged my client a sum of Rs.5257 and said that we have not received any amount .Means hotel had not received any amount from oyo.Why this even happened. You took money from me also and from my client as well.
Bills are attached as oyo asked .Customer service number which is mentioned ..have called that number 40 times and asked for assistance ..but there are only fake promises
Also, I had spoken to oyo that very time, You can check in the trail mail, oyo had asked for bills and promised to refund the money .
Since that very day till now there is no revert

Pfa the bills from hotel .which hotel charged unnecessarily extra to my client even though all was paid before hand
