[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund needed | |||
I booked a oyo room in chennai. I went there my following the map directions through oyo app but the location was a gated apartment and there was no oyo room at all. I tried to reach the hotel through call hotel option but it got disconnected automatically. The area was completely dark and I was with my elderly dad. Finally after 30 mins standing in road I got Customer care agent in call and it took 15 mins to explain him. He then sent me a location but that also a incorrect location. I was very angry and I just booked a another room nearby. I want to get the first booking refunded. I spoke to one representative and he said one of customer support will call in 24 hours but no one has called me for 2 days. Chat is also useless. I tried for 5 times it will go for no response. I am totally dissatisfied with oyo..this will be my last booking with oyo for sure. Was this information helpful? | |||
