Oyo Rooms — Refund never processed regardless of several follow ups | |||
Booking# BS2G9426 Through fraudulent act, the OYO representative booked an incorrect hotel over the phone and charged me Rs. 2032. I called up to lodge complaint and refund, I was advised that refund will be processed. It has been almost 1.5 months since I am chasing for refund and I am given some fake transaction ID and reference which my bank confirmed that never received. I asked to send screenshot of the refund processed to which account and there is no response. They book you some random hotel and charge, the hotel would deny check in mentioning that they were never booked and when you call, OYO recharge you again mentioning that they have rebooked the same hotel. OYO is a scam. They never process a refund. Beware of them. They are frauds. I am tired of chasing up for my refund and these shameless representatives would block your phone number and give fake responses over the email. Was this information helpful? | |||
